Help with music censorship paper?
I have most of my paper completed, I just need one more reason why censorship is WRONG and should not occur in music today. I already have the fact censoring music violates our freedom of speech and Pursuit of happines provided in the constitution. Can anyone give me one more? PS: I'm not saying that I like all these lyrics, either. But I just don't listen.

- your wrong, it is high time that some of these lyrics get censored.
- Umm... That it is forcing the "protection" of the bad words on the people that are smart enough and want to hear them? Don't know if that makes sense or not, though.

New York , 333 U.S. 507 (1948) the U.S. Supreme court opined: ' Where a statute is so vague as to make criminal an innocent act, a conviction under it cannot be sustained' What the court said in this instance, regarding the censorship of published tales of war and bloodshed, was that the moment we make personal choice a crime, then we all become criminals. The danger is that when we are all criminals, who then can be qualified to make laws to protect us from the very criminals we've become.
