The Physics in Nutrition, Diet, and Exercise?

I need to talk about biology, chemistry, and physics about food and exercise, but i dont know what to say?

  1. I hope I get this right. Biology, of course, is about your body, What foods are good for you? How will these foods benefit the body chemistry? Some have an adverse effect on the body, IE, diarrhea, nausea etc, so you have to pick the foods that will be beneficial to your body. Exercise aids in reducing the amount of calories you take in so it all goes hand in hand Do some research and you will see that all these factors come into play. They all benefit Each other. Nutrition/Diet- Physics- adequate or inadequate nutrition is your fuel source your power Biology-a balanced diet is necessary for the life and different animals have different diet needs Chemistry- the chemical balance of proper nutrients makes your diet either an effective or ineffective fuel Exercise- Physics- you body as a system of levers allow a person to utilize the proper diet and therefore produce work in a variety of forms Biology-daily activity is necessary for sustaining life Chemistry-Exercise provides a necessary stimulus for the proper metabolism of your diet and the sufficient maintenance of other necessary bodily functions.
