Why then aren't monogamous homosexuals allowed to marry, if it is part of their "pursuit of happiness?" This argument was last used in Loving v. Virginia (1967), and it made inter-racial marriage legal. So, it should be only a matter of time before the same scenario will play out for gays, right? Where does the happiness exist? Think you are simply sitting somehwere happy and content. Then you see something very tasty. The moment you see it you have the desire to acquire it and your happines is gone. You try for it till you get it. You get it and eat it and you think you are happy. So tell me where happiness exists? Is it in that tasty thing(it can be any material that can make you sleeples) or inside you? So if it was in your heart and why you couldn't feel it (which is already existing in you) during that restless pursuit? Its a little Hindu Vedanta which says that your nature is divine and complete. The ignorance and our never satisfied senses(its compared to fire which grows more as it gets more) make it uncovered. Is n't this a lil cool thought to all wonderful humans of all religions when they feel unhappy?
